Our Aims

The aim of the Archive is to capture the rich history of our village and pass it on to future generations by running exhibitions and outreach programmes to build interest and pride in our village. This includes copying and making available documents of historical interest, assisting with the safe storage of items of historical value, mounting informative displays on various aspects of village life and history and computerizing village records.

Opening

The Archive is normally open on Tuesdays from 14:00-16:00 and the first Saturday of each month from 10:00-14:00. Please see the latest news page for any updates.
